Therapy Intensives
Therapy Intensivesin Chattanooga & Nashville
A focused, immersive experience for individuals and couples ready to move through what has been stuck.
Designed for trauma, betrayal, relationship crisis, and deep personal work where weekly therapy is not enough.
Overview
What Is a Therapy Intensive?
A therapy intensive is a focused, one- to three-day experience designed to create meaningful movement in a short period of time.
Instead of stopping and starting each week, we create extended space — typically 3 to 6 or more hours per day — to go deeper into what is actually happening beneath the surface.
This allows for breakthroughs that often take months in traditional therapy.
Focus Areas
Who Intensives Are For
Therapy intensives are designed for individuals and couples who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for deeper work than weekly therapy can provide.
Trauma + Betrayal
- Trauma recovery
- Betrayal trauma and infidelity
- Porn and sex addiction recovery
Relationships + Life Transitions
- Relationship crisis
- Life transitions and burnout
- Feeling stuck even after therapy
Structure + Direction
- Needing structure, clarity, and practical tools
- Creating a clear vision for where you want to go
- A structured path to keep the work moving forward
The goal is not just insight. It is clarity, movement, and a practical path forward.
Approach
A Different Kind of Therapeutic Experience
This work is grounded in over 14 years of clinical experience, including training as a CSAT therapist, along with advanced work in trauma and nervous system integration.
Modalities integrated into this work
EMDR
Brainspotting
Somatic and nervous system-based practices
Trauma-informed therapy
Meditative and mindfulness-based approaches
The Holland Method framework
Rather than relying on a single model, this work is integrative — meeting you where you are and adapting to what is most effective in the moment.
In Chattanooga, the environment becomes part of the process. Sessions can extend beyond the office to include movement, nature, breathwork, and nervous system regulation — integrating trails, stillness, sauna, and cold plunge where appropriate.
Structure
What a Day Looks Like
Morning
We begin with a clear intention for the day, identifying what is most important and where you feel stuck.

We move into deeper therapeutic work, followed by integration through hiking, somatic practices, or breathwork.
Afternoon
We continue processing, uncover patterns, and begin building tools and structure.
Closing
We ground the work, clarify insights, and establish a clear plan moving forward.
Each intensive is personalized, but always structured with intention and flow.
